Ordering Online
a. Log in the website using your account number. Only account holders can login in at this stage.
b. Browse the products and simply add any required products to your shopping cart.
c. Once you have completed your order, simply click on the check out button. You will then be required to fill in the customer form.
Your shipping details and email address will automatically come from your login account number. Should you need to change these details, please add a note to the notes section.
d. Once you have checked over your account, click on the Check Out button. Your order will then be charged to your account. Customers can only pay via their account at this stage.
e. Once your order has been received you will be sent an instant email from the website, confirming your order.
f. Customer Service will then receive your order and will put it into our system. You will then receive another email order confirming your order, along with any items that may be on back order and also the delivery charges.
g. Once your order has been packed and dispatched you will receive a final email from the warehouse letting you know that your order has been sent.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order if the item(s) are in stock.
